Alpha Stim

We are excited to offer trial periods of Alpha-Stim therapy device, along with follow-up treatment options for insomnia and anxiety. Alpha-Stim is an FDA-approved, non-pharmaceutical treatment for Anxiety and Insomnia. It uses gentle electrical impulses delivered through contacts placed on the earlobes. Each treatment session lasts approximately 20 minutes, and most individuals begin noticing benefits within a few weeks of consistent use.

We provide the option to rent an Alpha-Stim device for a month as a trial before deciding whether to purchase one. At this time, insurance coverage is limited, with the exception of Veterans who are established patients with the VA. I have personally trialed the device and found it very helpful for stress relief—I often fall asleep right after a session.
